Optional analytics and your choice

You can allow or reject optional analytics using Cookie settings. Rejecting analytics does not stop you browsing the website or making an enquiry.

When optional analytics is enabled on this website, it runs only after you allow it. We use Google Analytics to understand page visits, quote-button clicks, document downloads and submitted enquiry forms.

We do not send enquiry names, email addresses, project locations or message contents to Google Analytics. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses we send and leave advertising features switched off.

We store your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings. If analytics has already loaded, rejecting it clears the Google Analytics cookies we set and reloads the page to stop further collection. This does not delete information already collected.

If analytics is enabled and you allow it, Google Analytics may set cookies beginning _ga to distinguish visits. These cookies are set to expire after 180 days. If your browser blocks preference storage, your choice may not carry over to another page.

Google Analytics is set to keep event-level data for two months and user-level data for 14 months. The user-level period resets when you return and have new activity. Standard aggregated reports are not covered by these retention limits. About Google Analytics retention

Google's privacy policy explains how Google handles information. The permission checkbox on the enquiry form relates to answering your enquiry and is separate from optional analytics.
